Shipping (Incentives) Act CAP. 90A
SHIPPING (INCENTIVES) (C.R. CRUISES LTD.) ORDER, 2023
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 of the
Shipping (Incentives) Act, makes the following Order:
- This Order may be cited as the Shipping (Incentives) (C. R. Cruises
Ltd.) Order, 2023.
- C. R. Cruises Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies
Act, Cap. 308, and trading as Cool Runnings
- is approved as a shipping company within the meaning of the Act; and
- is granted a concessionary period of 15 years beginning on the date of the publication of this Order in the Official Gazette.
Made by the Minister this 21st day of September, 2023.

TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (KAI VILLAS AND KAISO VILLAS) NOTICE, 2023
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the
Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
- This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Kai Villas and
Kaiso Villas) Notice, 2023.
- Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,
to the applicant Kai Kaiso Limited, in respect of a tourism project for the construction of 2 vacation rental properties to be known as “Kai Villas” and “Kaiso Villas” respectively situate at Prospect in the parish of Saint James.

Lane) Notice, 2023.
- Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,
to the applicant, Fortuna Adventures Inc., in respect of a tourism project for the construction of a vacation rental property to be known as “Lot 84 Sandy Lane”, situated at 84 Simmons Road, Sandy Lane Estate in the parish of Saint James.

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the
Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
- This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Mullins Grove
Hotel 2.0) Notice, 2023.
- Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,
to the applicant Mullins Grove Developments Inc., in respect to a tourism project for the construction of a hotel known as “Mullins Grove Hotel 2.0” situate at Casuarina Drive, Mullins in the parish of Saint Peter.
