COMPANIES (EXEMPTION) ORDER, 2021

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 325 of the Companies Act, makes the following Order:

  1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Exemption) Order, 2021.
  2. China National Complete Plant Import & Export Corporation Limited,a company incorporated under the laws of the People’s Republic of China, is exempt from Division B of Part III of the Act.
  3. This Order shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 12th

November, 2014.
