NOTICE BY TRUSTEE
Take Notice:
- That R&E Brancker Limited is required on or before 30 September 2021 to vacate the premises at which its business was formerly conducted.
- That all assets of R&E Brancker Limited and more particularly all items situated on its premises and former place of business at Fontabelle in the city of Bridgetown will be sold or otherwise disposed of. Any person making a claim of ownership for any property situated thereon is required to inform the Trustee forthwith and, if accepted by the Trustee, to have such property removed from the premises of the Company on or before Noon on 17 September 2021.
- That all creditors who have not already submitted claims against the Estate of R&E Brancker Limited are required on or before 29 October 2021 to send their proof of claims in writing to the Trustee, and if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or further evidence as may appear to the Trustee to be necessary. A copy of the proof of claim form may be obtained from the Trustee.
And further notice is hereby given that after 29 October 2021 the Trustee may make any distribution he thinks fit, without any regard to creditors’ claims which were not received on or before the above mentioned date.
