PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT (BARBADOS PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2023) (APPROVAL) NOTICE, 2024
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 16(9) of the Planning and Development Act, 2019, gives the following Notice:
- This Notice may be cited as the Planning and Development (Barbados
Physical Development Plan 2023) (Approval) Notice, 2024.
- For the purposes of section 16(9) of the Planning and Development
Act, 2019 (Act 2019-5), it is hereby notified that the Barbados Physical Development Plan 2023 was approved by the House of Assembly on the 12th day of December, 2023 and by the Senate on the 20th day of December, 2023.
Given by the Minister this 26th day of November, 2024.
