NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective November 12, 2021, Tech Data Holdings SRL assigned and transferred a portion of its partnership interest to Tech Data Global Finance L.P. whereby Tech Data Global Finance L.P. acquired 53% of the entire partnership interest of Tech Data Resources L.P.

AND IN THE MATTER OF ALL THAT land situate at Foul Bay in the parish of Saint Philip in this Island formerly said to contain by admeasurement 1085.2 square metres or thereabouts but which was found by a recent survey made on the 4th day of August 2020 by D. G. Godson Land Surveyor (‘the Plan’) now said to contain by admeasurement 1086.0 square metres (including 34 square metres in road) Abutting and Bounding on the North on lands of Pauline Payne as shown on the Plan, on the East on lands of Leslie & Stephanie Blades, Layne & Heidi Sookram and Doreen Proverbs & Pamela Foote as shown on the Plan, South on lands of Janet Husbands as shown on the Plan and West on a road 2.44 metres wide as shown on the Plan or however else the same may abut.

HEATHER NICHOLLS of 119 Park Close Mangrove Terrace in the parish of Saint Philip in this Island the qualified acting Adminstratrix and as such the Personal Representative of the Estate of CLARICE JUANITA PROVERBS late of Ocean City in the parish of Saint Philip in Barbados has applied to the High Court for a declaration that the said CLARICE JUANITA PROVERBS was at the time of her death the owner of the property described above and a certificate of the title in respect of the property described above.
Any person having any adverse claim, lien or charge or right or interest against the said property should submit the claim duly authenticated on oath to the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Bridgetown on or before the 10th day of January 2022.
Any other person who has any information relating to the ownership of the said property is invited to give such information in writing to the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Bridgetown on or before the 10th day of January 2022.
