TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (CAMPO DE SUENOS) NOTICE, 2021
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the
Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
- This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Campo DeSuenos) Notice, 2021.
- Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,
to the applicant Field Residence (Barbados) Limited, in respect of a tourism development project for the construction of a vacation rental property to be known as “Campo De Suenos” situate at Lot A-3 Moonshine Ridge, Apes Hill in the parish of Saint James.
Given by the Minister this 20th day of October, 2021.

TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (VILLA ON THE ROCKS) NOTICE, 2021
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the
Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
- This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Villa on theRocks) Notice, 2021.
- Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,
to the applicant Keystone Holdings Ltd, trading as Villa on the Rocks, in respect of a tourism project for the extension and renovation of a vacation rental property to be known as “Villa on the Rocks” situate at Lot 71 Ocean City, Section B in the parish of Saint Philip.

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the
Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
- This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Palm GroveHotel and Development) Notice, 2021.
- Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,
to the applicant Lancaster Park Central Limited, in respect of a tourism project for the construction of a hotel to be known as “Palm Grove Hotel and Development” situate at Mount Standfast, the Garden in the parish of Saint James.

- Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,
to the applicant Bruno Estates Ltd, trading as Casa Salerno, in respect of a tourism project for the construction of a vacation rental property to be known as “Casa Salerno” situate at Lot 2B Calijanda Estate, Westmoreland in the parish of Saint James.
