DIRECTIONS GIVEN BY THE CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE MINISTER RESPONSIBLE FOR ROAD
TRAFFIC UNDER REGULATION 88 OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATIONS, 1984
- These directions may be cited as the Road Traffic (Barbados Rally Club, “BRC Test Event”) Directions, 2025.
- The following roads will be closed during the specified periods:
On Sunday May 11, 2025
(a) Between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. in the parish of Saint John, the section of the road known as Pool Road, commencing from the junction with Roebuck Street Road, proceeding in a southerly direction on the said Roebuck Street Road, continuing easterly on Cherry Grove Road, continuing in a north easterly direction on Ashford Road, and finishing 100m before the junction of Highway H.
- Any person who contravenes these directions or fails to comply with the orders given by a member of the Barbados Police Service in uniform commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of $500.00 or imprisonment for a term of six (6) months.
- These rules do not apply to vehicles used by the Barbados Police Service, the Barbados Fire Service or any Ambulance Service.

- These directions may be cited as the Road Traffic (Barbados Rally Club, “BRC King of the Hill Event”) Directions, 2025.
- The following roads will be closed during the specified periods:
On Sunday May 25, 2025
(a) Between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. in the parish of Saint Thomas the section of road known as Hangman Hill, commencing from the junction with Hopewell (Highway 2), proceeding in a westerly direction on Hangman Hill, continuing in a northerly direction on Dukes Road, proceeding in an easterly direction along Lion Castle Road and finishing on Lion Castle Road (200m before the entrance to Lion Castle Tenantry).
- Any person who contravenes these directions or fails to comply with the orders given by a member of the Barbados Police Service in uniform commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of $500.00 or imprisonment for a term of six (6) months.
