In accordance with Section 5, of the Coastal Zone Management Act, Cap. 394, the following documents have been prepared and have been presented to the Minister for approval:
a) draft management plan; and
b) draft order delimiting a coastal zone management area.
Notice is hereby given that a public enquiry will be held at which the Director, Coastal Zone Management Unit (CZMU), shall present the draft management plan and the order delimiting a coastal zone management area for discussion and representations.
The public enquiry will be held using a virtual platform at 6 p.m. each day on the
