National Payment System Act, 2021 (Act 2021–1)
NATIONAL PAYMENT SYSTEM (FEES) REGULATIONS, 2025
The Central Bank of Barbados, in accordance with the powers conferred by section 62(1) of the National Payment System Act, 2021, makes the following Regulations:
- These Regulations may be cited as the National Payment System
(Fees) Regulations, 2025.
- For the purposes of section 62(2)(g), the fees set out in the Schedule
are payable in respect of the matters specified therein.

NOTICE GIVEN UNDER SECTION 29 OF THE REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE ACT ESTABLISHING POLLING DISTRICTS
The Electoral and Boundaries Commission in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Constitution and section 29 of the Representation of the People Act, gives the following Notice:
- This Notice may be cited as the Representation of the People (Polling
Districts) (Amendment) Notice, 2025.
- The constituency of St. James North specified in the Electoral and
Boundaries Commission (Review of Boundaries) Order, 2002 (S.I. 2002 No. 79) is divided into the polling districts specified in the First Schedule to this Notice with the boundaries as described in the Second Schedule to this Notice.
