HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY

RESOLVED that the sum of FORTY-FIVE MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED AND

NINETY-ONE DOLLARS be granted from the Consolidated Fund and be placed at the disposal of the Government to supplement the Estimates 2021— 2022 as shown in the Supplementary Estimates No. 9, 2021— 2022 which form the Schedule to this Resolution.

MINISTERS AND PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARIES (CONDITIONS OF SERVICE) ORDER, 2022

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the Ministers and Parliamentary Secretaries (Conditions of Service) Act, makes the following Order:

  1. This Order may be cited as the Ministers and Parliamentary Secretaries (Conditions of Service) Order, 2022.
  2. The Schedule to the Ministers and Parliamentary Secretaries (Conditions of Service) Act is deleted and the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order is substituted.
  3. The emoluments specified in the Schedule shall be payable from the date specified therein.
