JOHNSON CARIBBEAN LIMITED has passed a special resolution in writing dated the 25th day of January, 2010 requiring the said Company to be liquidated and dissolved voluntarily in accordance with Section 367 (4)(b) of the Companies Act, Cap. 308 of the Laws of Barbados and a Certificate of Intent to Dissolve was issued to the Company pursuant to that Act on the 4th day of January, 2023.
