Statistics (Delegation Of Functions) Order, 2021
The Director, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Statistics Act, makes the following Order:
1.This Order may be cited as the Statistics (Delegation of Functions) Order, 2021.
2.The functions conferred on the Director generally by the Statistics Act, Cap. 192 and by regulation 25 of the Statistics (Registration Census of Barbadian Residents) Regulations, 1979 (S.I. 1979 No. 47) are delegated to the Electoral and Boundaries Commission.
3.Delegation, 1979 is hereby revoked.
