Tourism Development Act CAP. 341

TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (SKYDANCE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT) NOTICE, 2023

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the

Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:

  1. This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (SkydanceProperty Development) Notice, 2023.
  2. Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,

to the applicant, Skydance Villas Inc., in respect of a tourism project for the development of a hotel to be known as “Skydance Property Development” situate at Mount Standfast in the parish of Saint James.

Given by the Minister this 15th day of February, 2023.
