A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS it is provided by section 60(1) of the Constitution that each session of Parliament shall be held at such place and commence at such time as the President may appoint:

AND WHEREAS by Proclamation dated the 3rd day of February, 2022, the President appointed the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, Two Mile Hill, Saint Michael as the place at which the session of Parliament commenced on the 4th day of February, 2022:
AND WHEREAS by Proclamation dated the 8th day of February, 2022, the President appointed the Worthing Corporate Centre, Worthing, Christ Church as the place that the session of Parliament shall continue:
AND WHEREAS it is expedient to further continue the session of Parliament at the Parliament Buildings, Trafalgar Street, Bridgetown with effect from Monday the 14th day of March, 2022:
NOW THEREFORE by virtue and in exercise of the power and authority vested in me, I, The Most Honourable Dame Sandra Prunella Mason, Freedom of Barbados, Dame Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Dame of Saint Andrew, Queen’s Counsel, Doctor of Laws, President of Barbados, DO HEREBY APPOINT the Parliament Buildings, Trafalgar Street, Bridgetown as the place at which the session of Parliament shall be held, and 10:00 hours in the morning as the time at which the said continued session shall commence.
