Vallan” Franklin, Land Surveyor abutting and bounding on the North on lands of Peat Bay Road on the East by lands of Atherine Young on the South by lands of Cynthea Forde and on the West by a road which leads to Highway 5 or however else the same may abut and bound.
TAKE NOTICE that CECIL ETHELBERT MARSHALL of 67 Partridge Way, Chadderton Oldham England (Administrator of the Estate of VIOLA A. MARSHALL also known as VIOLA ARKATA FORDE also known as VIOLA FORDE) deceased has applied to the High Court for a declaration of his ownership and a Certificate of the title in respect of the property described above.
Any person having any adverse claim, lien or charge or right or interest against the said property should submit the claim duly authenticated on oath to the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Whitepark Road, St Michael on or before the 8th day of September 2022.
