- that Order CV 1448 of 2019 dated the 13th day of November 2019 be varied as a matter of urgency to have the Defendant removed from the list of persons designated as terrorists under section 8 (4) of the Anti-Terrorism (Amendment) Act, 2019-34;
- that any property which was restrained by the Order CV 1448 of 2019 dated the 13th day of November 2019, whether wholly or jointly owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by the Defendant, be restored;
- that the Registrar of the Supreme Court serve a copy of the Order on the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) immediately;
- that the Court dispense with service on the Defendant;
- that pursuant to section 10(1) of the Act, the Director of Public Prosecutions cause a copy of the Order, to be published electronically immediately and in the Official Gazette and in at least two (2) daily newspapers in circulation in Barbados, as soon as possible.
