AND IN THE MATTER OF ALL THAT certain piece or parcel of land situate at Bibbys Lane in the parish of Saint Thomas in this Island containing by admeasurement 2,018.6 square metres or thereabouts inclusive of 636.9 square metres in Gully and being the lot numbered 9 as shown and delineated on a Plan made and certified by Anderson A. Taitt, Land Surveyor, on the 18th day of October 2024 (hereinafter referred to as “the said plan”) ABUTTING AND BOUNDING towards the North on lands now or late of Da Costa Brewster (Lot 10) as shown on the said plan towards the East on a public road (Highway E) which leads to Canewood Road in one direction and to Proute Village in the other direction as shown on the said plan towards the South on lands now or late of Leo Harper (Lot 8) as shown on the said plan and towards the West on lands now or formerly of Canewood Plantation now divided into lots as shown on the said plan or however the same may abut and bound.
TAKE NOTICE that DESMOND OSCAR McCLEAN of Advent Avenue, Bank Hall in the parish of Saint Michael in this Island has applied to the High Court for a declaration of the ownership and a certificate of title in respect of the property described above.
Any person having any adverse claim, lien or charge or right or interest against the said property should submit the claim duly authenticated on oath to the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Bridgetown, on or before the 25th day of August 2025.
Any other person who has any information relating to the ownership of the said property is invited to give such information in writing to the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Bridgetown, on or before the 25th day of August 2025.
