Absence of the President
Her Excellency The Most Honourable Dame Sandra Mason, FB, GCMG, D.A., Q.C., LLD, President, proceeds on duty leave on Thursday, July 20, 2023 in order to attend the State Funeral of Sir S. W. Tapley Seaton, GCMG, CVO, KC, JP, LLD, former Governor-General of Saint Christopher and Nevis.
In accordance with the provisions of Section 33 of the Constitution of Barbados, The Very Reverend Dr. Jeffrey Douglas Gibson, will perform the functions of the Office of President during the period.
