ROAD TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2023
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 124(1)
(a) of the Road Traffic Act, makes the following Regulations:
These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic
(Amendment)Regulations, 2023.
(S.I. 1984 No. 141) is amended by deleting Part I and substituting the Part set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
