NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it appears to the Minister responsible for Lands that the parcels of land described in the Schedules hereto and situate at Bay Street in the parish of Saint Michael in this Island are needed for purposes which in the opinion of the Minister are public purposes, namely, recreation, vending, beach access and car parking.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL THAT land the property of Savoy Development (Barbados) Inc. situate at Bay Street in the parish of Saint Michael in this Island containing by estimation 1250.0 square metres Abutting and Bounding to the north on a Public Road to the west lands now or formerly of Carlisle Investments Inc. to the south and east on other lands now or formerly of Savoy Development (Barbados) Inc. or however else the same may abut and bound.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL THAT land the property of Savoy Development (Barbados) Inc. situate at Bay Street in the parish of Saint Michael in this Island containing by estimation 2460.0 square metres Abutting and Bounding to the north on a Public Road to the west, south and east on other lands now or formerly of Savoy Development (Barbados) Inc. or however else the same may abut and bound.
