HIGHWAYS (ABANDONMENT) ORDER, 2023
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 11 of the Highways Act, makes the following Order:
- This Order may be cited as the Highways (Abandonment) Order,
- The road described in the Schedule to this Order is abandoned.

SCHEDULE
(Paragraph 2) Abandoned Road
ALL THAT land, forming part of Highway 1, situate at Six Men’s in the parish of Saint Peter containing approximately 1100 square metres or thereabouts, abutting and bounding to the north on a public road to the west on lands now or formerly of Corsair Cove SRL to the south on a public road and on lands of the Barbados Government and to the east on lands of the Barbados Government on lands now or formerly of Corsair Cove SRL and on a public road or however else the same may abut and bound as shown and delineated on a Plan certified on the 21st day of October, 2022 by Garrick L. Jenkins, Land Surveyor and recorded in the Lands and Surveys Department on the 24th day of October, 2022 as Plan No. 1671/2022.
