COMMISSIONS OF INQUIRY (PARLIAMENTARY REFORM COMMISSION WARRANTS OF APPOINTMENT) (VARIATION) ORDER, 2024

The President, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 8(1) of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, makes the following Order:

1. This   Order   may   be   cited   as   the   Commissions   of Inquiry

(Parliamentary Reform Commission Warrants of Appointment) (Variation) Order, 2024.

2.                        The Warrants of Appointment issued on the 8th day of May, 2023 are

varied by deleting paragraph (d) of the first direction beginning with the words “AND I DO DIRECT that you” and substituting the following:

“(d) present the written report to the President of Barbados by 29th February, 2024.”.
