A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS by section 43 of the Business Barbados Act, 2024 (Act 2024-27) it is provided that the Act shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by Proclamation;

AND WHEREAS it is expedient that the Act comes into operation on the 1^st day of February, 2025;

NOW THEREFORE by virtue of the power and authority in me vested, I hereby appoint the 1^st day of February, 2025 as the day on which the Act shall come into operation.
