DUTIES, TAXES AND OTHER PAYMENTS (EXEMPTION) (COREY MARSHALL) ORDER, 2025

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Duties, Taxes and Other Payments (Exemption) Act, with the approval of the Cabinet, makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Duties, Taxes and Other Payments

(Exemption) (Corey Marshall) Order, 2025.

• Mr. Corey Marshall is exempt from the payment of $401,128.64 being

import duty, excise tax, and value added tax in respect of the purchase of a 2021 Chevrolet Suburban LS full size van, VIN Number 1GNSCBKD6MR393992.

DUTIES, TAXES AND OTHER PAYMENTS (EXEMPTION) (BARBADOS REVENUE AUTHORITY) ORDER, 2025

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Duties, Taxes and Other Payments (Exemption) Act, with the approval of the Cabinet, makes the following Order:

1.              This Order may be cited as the Duties, Taxes and Other Payments

(Exemption) (Barbados Revenue Authority) Order, 2025.

excise tax in the amount of $105 949.62; and valued added tax in the amount of $38 848.19,

DUTIES, TAXES AND OTHER PAYMENTS (EXEMPTION) (CHICKMONT FOODS LIMITED) ORDER, 2025

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Duties, Taxes and Other Payments (Exemption) Act, with the approval of the Cabinet, makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Duties, Taxes and Other Payments

(Exemption) (Chickmont Foods Limited) Order, 2025.

• Chickmont Foods Limited, a company incorporated under the

Companies Act, Cap. 308 is exempt from the payment of import duty in the amount of $119 085.42 payable in respect of the importation of 3 containers of table eggs and an additional 3 containers to be sourced at a later date.

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Duties, Taxes and Other Payments (Exemption) Act, with the approval of the Cabinet, makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Duties, Taxes and Other Payments

(Exemption) (Sanitation Service Authority) Order, 2025.

The Sanitation Service Authority is exempt from the payment of

• import duties in the amount of $6 144.80;
  • excise tax in the amount of $54 182.39; and
  • value added tax in the amount of $21 310.66,

in respect of the purchase of a 2024 Mitsubishi L200 Triton 2.4TD GLS AT D/Cab pickup bearing engine number 4N16035UAK4090 and chassis number MMBJLLC10RH010264;

• exempt from the payment of
  • import duties in the amount of $4 815.71;
  • excise tax in the amount of $5 297.26; and
  • value added tax in the amount of $10 197.26,

in respect of the purchase of a 2025 Fuso FE83CCD6R 421 4Cc 3.5T dump truck bearing engine number 4D33R94338 and chassis number FE83CCA66144; and

• exempt from the payment of
  • import duties in the amount of $5 327.53;
  • excise tax in the amount of $5 860.29; and
  • value added tax in the amount of $11 281.05,

in respect of the purchase of a 2025 Fuso FE83CE6WR 421 4Cc 3T C/Cab 10’ flatbed truck bearing engine number 4D33R95676 and chassis number FE83CEA66535.
