WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION (DISCLOSURE MONITORING AUTHORITY) ORDER, 2024
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 15 of the Whistleblower Protection Act, 2021, makes the following Order:
- This Order may be cited as the Whistleblower Protection (Disclosure
Monitoring Authority) Order, 2024.
- The Director-General of the Anti-Corruption and Anti-Terrorism
Agency shall be the Disclosure Monitoring Authority.

Duties, Taxes and Other Payments (Exemption) Act (Act 2023–14)
DUTIES, TAXES AND OTHER PAYMENTS (EXEMPTION) (TERM FACILITY AGREEMENT) ORDER, 2024
The Minister, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 4 of the Duties, Taxes and Other Payments (Exemption) Act, with the approval of the Cabinet, makes the following Order:
- This Order may be cited as the Duties, Taxes and Other Payments
(Exemption) (Term Facility Agreement) Order, 2024.
- In this Order, “Term Facility Agreement” means the Term Facility
Agreement entered into on the 25th day of November, 2024 between the Government of Barbados as the Borrower and CIBC Caribbean Bank (Barbados) Limited as the Arranger, Facility Agent and Sustainability Structuring Agent relating to the loan of the sum of approximately $592 716 270.46 made to the Government of Barbados and approved by Resolution of Parliament No.8/2024.
- All persons are exempt from the payment of all duties, taxes and other
imposts in respect of all transactions related to the Term Facility Agreement. Made by the Minister this 20th day of December, 2024.
