TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (SEA BREEZE HOUSE) NOTICE, 2023

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the

Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:

This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Sea Breeze

House) Notice, 2023.

Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,

to the applicant Sea Breeze Beach Villa Ltd., in respect of a tourism project for the construction of a vacation rental property to be known as “Sea Breeze House” situate at Fitts Village in the parish of Saint James.

Given by the Minister this 11th day of December, 2023.

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the

Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:

This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Skydance

Villas South) Notice, 2023.

Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,

to the applicant, Skydance Villas Inc., in respect of a tourism project for the construction of a vacation rental property to be known as “Skydance Villas South”, situated at #12 Hythe Gardens, Welches in the parish of Christ Church.
