Anti-Corruption and Anti-Terrorism Agency
By virtue of the provision of section 14 (2) of the Anti- Corruption and Anti-Terrorism Agency Act, 2021, the Director-General shall be appointed by the President by instrument in writing on the recommendation of the Prime Minister after consultation with the Leader of the Opposition.
In accordance with section 14 of the Anti-Corruption and Anti-Terrorism Agency Act, 2021, by warrant dated December 12, 2022, the President in exercise of the power vested under section 14 (2) and (3) of the Act, appointed Mr. Darwin Coleridge Dottin to serve as Director-General of the Anti-Corruption and Anti-Terrorism Agency for a period of three (3) years with effect from December 12, 2022.
