Resolution No. 16/2025 Ref. No. 0301/874 Vol. I PARLIAMENT
RESOLVED that Parliament in accordance with section 5 of the Land Acquisition Act, Cap. 228 approve the compulsory acquisition by the State of the parcels of land situate at Windsor and Lower Greys Junction in the parishes of Saint George and Christ Church in this Island and more particularly described in the Schedules for the public purpose of the construction of a roundabout.
