MISCELLANEOUS CONTROLS (CONTROL OF PRICES) (GENERAL) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 4) REGULATIONS, 2022
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 of the
Miscellaneous Controls Act, makes the following Regulations:
These Regulations may be cited as the Miscellaneous Controls
(Control of Prices) (General) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations, 2022.
The Schedule to the Miscellaneous Controls (Control of Prices)
(General) Regulations, 2015 (S.I. 2015 No. 76) is amended by deleting the following items:
“Diesel Fuel” “Gasolene” “Kerosene”
“Liquefied Petroleum Gas”
appearing in the first column of the Schedule under the Article “PETROLEUM PRODUCTS” and all the words appearing opposite thereto in the columns marked “WHOLESALE PRICE” and “RETAIL PRICE” and substituting therefor the items set out in the Schedule to these Regulations, together with the wholesale and retail prices set out in respect of those items.

These Regulations shall come into operation on the 4th day of April,

TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (JAZZ SPLASH) NOTICE, 2022
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the
Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Jazz Splash)
Notice, 2022.
Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,
to the applicant Mahogany Crest (Barbados) Ltd, trading as Jazz Splash, in respect of a tourism project for the construction of a vacation rental property to be known as “Jazz Splash” situate at Lot 10 Mahogany Park, Sion Hill in the parish of Saint James.

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the
Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (The Royal
Bliss) Notice, 2022.
Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,
to the applicant Shaw Management Inc, trading as The Royal Bliss, in respect of a tourism project for the renovation of a vacation rental property to be known as “The Royal Bliss” situate at 1st Avenue Worthing in the parish of Saint James.
