NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it appears to the Minister responsible for lands that the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto and situate at Belleplaine in the parish of Saint Andrew in this Island is needed for a purpose which in the opinion of the Minister is a public
purpose, namely, as a place of historic interest.

SCHEDULE

ALL THAT land the property of Valerie Angelique Hamblin situate at Belleplaine in the parish of Saint Andrew in this Island containing by admeasurement 4007.3 square metres Abutting and Bounding on lands now or late of Clarissa Bourne on lands now or late of James Foster and on the public road known as Boys School Road on lands now or late of John Foster and on another public road known as Highway 2 which leads to East Coast Road in one direction and to Shorey Village in another direction or however else the same may abut and bound as shown and delineated on a plan certified on the 21st day of June 2008 by Kenneth D. Ward, Land Surveyor and recorded in the Lands and Surveys Department on the 26th day of June 2008 as Plan No. 787 of 2008 together with the dwelling house situated thereon called “Avalon”.
