To all persons having any debts, claims or demands upon or affecting the Estate of ADRIAN LIVINGSTONE ROACH, deceased also known as ADRIAN ROACH Deceased, late of “Westry” Mullins Road, Gibbes in the parish of Saint Peter in this Island, who died on the 2nd day of March 2025 to send particulars of their claims duly attested to CAROL MARIA TAYLOR and JACQUELINE ADRIENNE STEINBOK the Executors of the Estate of the said ADRIAN LIVINGSTONE ROACH, deceased also known as ADRIAN ROACH Deceased in care of ZARINA KHAN, Attorney-at-Law of “Summerland House” Prospect Road, Prospect in the parish of Saint James on or before the 18th day of May 2026 after which the said ZARINA KHAN will distribute the assets of the said Estate among the persons entitled thereto having regards only to the debts and claims of which she shall have notice and will not in respect of the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim she shall not then have had notice.
And all persons indebted to the Estate are requested to settle their accounts without delay.

This Without Notice Application filed herein on the 10th day of March 2026 having this day come on for hearing;
AND UPON HEARING Dr. Zoë King, State Counsel (Ag) in association with Mr. Rommel Sandiford, State Counsel (Ag) of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Attorneys-at-Law for the Claimant;
AND UPON READING the affidavit of Dr. Zoë King sworn to and filed herein on the 10th day of March 2026;
IT IS ORDERED that:
- The Order of the Most Honourable Sir Marston Gibson, Chief Justice, made on the 13th day of November 2019 is hereby varied as against the Defendant QDe.137 Name: AL-NUSRAH FRONT FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE LEVANT by deleting the designation terrorist or terrorist entity for the purposes of the Anti-Terrorism (amendment) Act;
- Consequentially to Paragraph 1 above,
(a) any property of any nature whatsoever whether immovable or movable of the person/entity against whom the Terrorist Designation Order is made;
(b) property that is wholly or jointly owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by the person against whom the Terrorist Designation Order is made;
(c) property that is derived or generated from other property owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by the person against whom the Terrorist Designation Order is made;
(d) property of a person acting on behalf of, or at the direction of, the person against whom the Terrorist Designation Order is made,
BE RESTORED.
- The Defendant or any person affected hereby may within 60 days of the making of the Order, appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision of the Judge and shall give the Director of Public Prosecutions at least 14 days’ notice of the application;
- The Registrar of the Supreme Court do serve a Copy of the Order on the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) immediately;
- Pursuant to section 10(1) of the Act, the Director of Public Prosecutions shall cause notice of this Order to be published electronically immediately and in the Official Gazette and in at least two (2) daily newspapers in circulation in Barbados, as soon as possible.
