Appointment of Person to Serve on the Financial Services Commission

In exercise of the Authority conferred on him by paragraphs 1 and 2 of the First Schedule to the Financial Services Commission Act, 2010-21, the Hon. Ryan Straughn, M.P., Minister of Finance has appointed Retired Chief Justice Sir Patterson Cheltenham to serve on the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Commission for the period March 01, 2026 to April 30, 2028.
