Appointment of Persons to Serve on the Financial Services Commission Appeals Tribunal
In exercise of the Authority conferred on him by paragraph 1 of the Third
Schedule to the Financial Services Commission Act, 2010-21, the Minister of Finance
has appointed the following persons, by instrument in writing, to serve on the Financial
Services Commission Appeals Tribunal for a period of two (2) years with effect from
February 23, 2026 to February 22, 2028:
