A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS by section 33 of the Student Revolving Loan Fund Act, 2025
(Act 2025-17) it is provided that the Act shall come into operation on a date to
be fixed by Proclamation:
AND WHEREAS it is expedient that the Act comes into operation on the
19th day of January, 2026;
NOW THEREFORE by virtue of the power and authority in me vested, I
hereby appoint the 19th day of January, 2026 as the day on which the Act shall
come into operation.
