TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (PHOENIX VILLA) NOTICE, 2026
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the
Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
1. This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Phoenix Villa)
Notice, 2026.
2. Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet
to the applicant, Quintox Holdings Ltd., in respect of a tourism project for the
construction of a vacation rental property to be known as “Phoenix Villa” situate
at 81 Simmons Road, Sandy Lane in the parish of Saint James.
Given by the Minister this 9th day of January, 2026.
