TAKE NOTICE that EARLYNE MARITA WALROND in her individual capacity and as the duly appointed Administratrix and Personal Representative of the Estate of ELROY WALROND of Arthur Seat in the parish of Saint Thomas in this Island has applied to the High Court for a declaration of the ownership of EARLYNE MARITA WALROND and the Estate of ELROY WALROND and certificate of the title in respect of the land described above.
Any person having any adverse claim, lien or charge or right or interest against the said land should submit the claim duly authenticated on oath to the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Bridgetown, on or before the 31st day of December 2025.
