TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (THE BLUE CONDOS) NOTICE, 2025

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the

Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:

  1. This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (The Blue

Condos) Notice, 2025.

  1. Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,

to the applicant, Blue Bench Developments Inc., in respect of a tourism project for the construction of a hotel to be known as “The Blue Condos” situate at Enterprise Coast Road, Enterprise in the parish of Christ Church.

Given by the Minister this 17th day of September, 2025.
