A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS by section 30 of the Criminal Proceedings (Witness Anonymity) Act, 2025 (Act 2025-20) it is provided that the Act shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by Proclamation:
AND WHEREAS it is expedient that the Act comes into operation on the 15th day of September, 2025;
NOW THEREFORE by virtue of the power and authority in me vested, I hereby appoint the 15th day of September, 2025 as the day on which the Act shall come into operation.
