Partial Prepayment of Series Band Series D Bonds
The Central Bank of Barbados as fiscal agent, on behalf of the Government of Barbados, gives the following Notice:
This Notice may be cited as the Debt Holder (Approval RI Debt Restructuring) (Partial Prepayment RI Series % and Series D Bonds) Notice, 2025.
In accordance with section 7 of the Debt Holder (Approval RI Debt Restructuring) Act, 2018-24, the Central Bank of Barbados gives notice that the Government shall make a partial prepayment of its Series Band Series D bonds held by individuals andpensioners.
The payment referred to in paragraph 2 shall be made before the 30th day of April, 2025 and may be up to a maximum of BBD$16,250.00 per instrument holder.
This Notice shall be deemed to take effect from the 14th day of April, 2025.
