TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (WIND RUSH VILLAS) NOTICE, 2025
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the
Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
- This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Wind Rush
Villas) Notice, 2025.
- Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet
to the applicant, CPM Ltd., in respect of a tourism project for the construction of a vacation rental property to be known as “Wind Rush Villas” situate at 424 Saint Silas Heights, in the parish of Saint James.
Given by the Minister this 16th day of April, 2025.

TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (APRILS END HOUSE) NOTICE, 2025
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the
Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
- This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Aprils End
House) Notice, 2025.
- Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,
to the applicant, Harmany Sands Ltd., in respect of a tourism project for the construction and furnishing of a vacation rental property to be known as “Aprils End House”, situated at Lot 79 Sandy Lane in the parish of Saint James.
