TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (BLACKHURST VILLA) NOTICE, 2025
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the
Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
- This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Blackhurst
Villa) Notice, 2025.
- Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet
to the applicants, Robert Blackhurst and Deborah Blackhurst trading as “Villa Blackhurst”, in respect of a tourism project for the construction of a vacation rental property to be known as “Blackhurst Villa” situate at Lot 8 Mahogany Drive, Royal Westmoreland, in the parish of Saint James.
Given by the Minister this 27th day of January, 2025.

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the
Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
- This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Lascelles
Great House) Notice, 2025.
- Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet
to the applicants Marcus Ronald Rule and Lucinda Sophia Rule, trading as “Lascelles Great House”, in respect of a tourism project for the construction of a vacation rental property to be known as “Lascelles Great House” situate at Lot 2 Lascelles, in the parish of Saint James.
