Transport Authority Act CAP. 295A

TRANSPORT AUTHORITY (FEES) ORDER, 2024

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 23(4) of the Transport Authority Act, with the approval of the Minster responsible for Finance makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Transport Authority (Fees) Order, 2024.

2. There shall be paid in respect of the services specified in column 1 of the Schedule the fees set out opposite thereto in column 2 of the Schedule.
