Duty Leave

The Hon. Madam Justice Jacqueline Cornelius, Judge of the High Court, has been granted seven (7) days’ duty leave from 13th to 19th May, 2024, to attend the First Regional Meeting of Judges of the International Hague Network — Latin America and the Caribbean, to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Vacation Leave

The Hon. Mr. Justice Francis Belle, Justice of Appeal, has been granted twelve (12) days’ vacation leave from 27th May, 2024 to 7th June,  2024.

The Hon. Madam Justice Barbara Cooke- Alleyne, Judge of the High Court, has been granted eighteen (18) days’ vacation leave from 28th May, 2024 to 14th June, 2024, to participate in the local programme, “In the Winner’s Circle — Making the Right Choice.”

The Hon. Madam Justice Barbara Cooke- Alleyne, Judge of the High Court, has been granted nineteen (19) days’ vacation leave from 17th June, 2024 to 5th July, 2024.

The Hon. Madam Justice Laurie-Ann Smith- Bovell, Judge of the High Court, has been granted forty- seven (47) days’ vacation leave from 14th October, 2024 to 29th November, 2024, with permission to spend this leave out of the Jurisdiction.

The Hon. Mr. Justice Anthony Blackman, temporary Judge of the High Court, has been granted twenty-six (26) days’ vacation leave from 3rd to 28th June, 2024.

Acting Appointment

The Hon. Mr. Justice Francis Belle, Justice of Appeal, has been appointed to act as Chief Justice on Tuesday, 7th May, 2024.
