NATIONAL INSURANCE AND SOCIAL SECURITY (VOLUNTARY PENSIONABLE AGE) ORDER, 2023
The National Insurance and Social Security Service Board, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 21(1B) of the National Insurance and Social Security Act, makes the following Order:
- This Order may be cited as the National Insurance and Social Security
(Voluntary Pensionable Age) Order, 2023.
- For the purposes of the definition of “voluntary pensionable age” in
section 2 of the Act, the voluntary pensionable age shall be as specified in the
Schedule to this Order.
