An Application shall be submitted to the Supreme Court fourteen (14) days from the date of Notice in the Offi cial Gazette and from the date of the second notice of this advertisement.

NOTICE FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 27
OF THE
LAND (ADJUDICATION OF RIGHTS AND INTERESTS) ACT, CAP. 228A
NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with Section 27 of the Land (Adjudication of Rights and Interests) Act, Cap. 228A (hereinafter called “the said Act”), the Adjudication Records in respect of the parcels of land listed below have been completed and may now be inspected at the LAND ADJUDICATION UNIT, National Housing Corporation Building, Country Road, St. Michael between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that in accordance with Section 29 of the said Act, registration entered in consequence of the said Adjudication Records shall, subject to an appeal under the said Act, after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date of this Notice be final and the Registrar of Titles shall compile the register of titles in respect of those parcels from those said Adjudication Records.
