TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (FIREFLY VILLA) NOTICE, 2023
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the
Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
- This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Firefly Villa)Notice, 2023.
- Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,
to the applicant, Amphora Life Insurance Company Ltd., in respect of a tourism project for the construction of a vacation rental property to be known as “Firefly Villa”, situated at Warleigh in the parish of Saint Peter.
Given by the Minister this 16th day of June, 2023.
