TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (ANCHORAGE VILLA (BARBADOS))
NOTICE, 2023
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the
Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
- This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Anchorage
Villa (Barbados)) Notice, 2023. - Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,
to the applicant, Anchorage Holdings (Barbados) Inc., in respect of a tourism
project for the construction of a vacation rental property to be known as
“Anchorage Villa (Barbados)”, situated at Derricks in the parish of Saint James.
Given by the Minister this 4th day of April, 2023.
