TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (KEIZER HILL VILLA) NOTICE, 2023
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
- This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Keizer Hill Villa) Notice, 2023.
- Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet, to the applicant Keizer Hill Villa Inc., in respect of a tourism project for the construction of a vacation rental property to be known as “Keizer Hill Villa” situate at Lot 6, Keizer Hill Drive in the parish of Christ Church.
Given by the Minister this 20th day of March, 2023.
