   RESOLVED that the sum of SEVENTY-SIX MILLION, EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED AND THREE DOLLARS be granted from

   the Consolidated Fund and be placed at the disposal of the Government to supplement the Estimates 2022-2023 as shown in the Supplementary Estimates No. 2, 2022-2023 which form the Schedule to this Resolution.

Tourism Development Act CAP. 341

TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (BLUE OYSTER VILLA) NOTICE, 2022

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the

Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:

1. This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Blue Oyster

   Villa) Notice, 2022.

   
   

2. Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,

to the applicant, Blue Oyster Ltd., in respect of a tourism project for the alteration and extension of a vacation rental property to be known as “Blue Oyster Villa” situated at Lower Carlton in the parish of Saint James.

Given by the Minister this 5th day of December, 2022.
