TAKE NOTICE that CARMEN MILLICENT GRAHAM of Flat 7, Ovaltine Court, Ovaltine Drive, Kings Langley, Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom, the Personal Representative of RICHARD CLYDE GRAHAM, deceased, who died in the United Kingdom on the 3rd day of February, 2016 has applied to the High Court for a Declaration of the ownership by RICHARD CLYDE GRAHAM and a certificate of the title in respect of the property described above.
